Anthro SoCal 2026 will have a printed con book that will be a guide for the convention as well as a place for the community to feature their work and share news of upcoming events.
Anthro SoCal 2026 is held at the Ontario Convention Center in Ontario, California and will take place Sept 18-20, 2026. Interested in advertising in our con book? You've come to the right place!
Submissions for the ASC 2026 con book will close 11:59PM on August 4th, 2026.
Submission Guidelines Overview
- Advertisements must not exceed the PG-13 rating.
- Advertisements must be 300 DPI (or greater) resolution and in CMYK Color Profile.
- Advertisement slots are limited and are subject to review.
- Submitters must own rights to all characters and artwork used in submission.
- ABSOLUTELY NO AI-Generated Art or Advertisements.
- Submissions will close 11:59PM on August 4th, 2026.

Electronic Submissions
All advertisements must be submitted electronically.
All ads must be 300 DPI or greater resolution & in CMYK color profile.

If your ad is too big for the file submission form, please submit a scaled down copy via the form and send the full version to marketing@anthrosocal.org
Submission and Payment Information
Advertisement submissions will be accepted no later than 11:59PM on August 4th, 2026.
Once we receive and approve your advertising request, we will invoice you. Please make sure that you submit with a valid email address.
