Accessibility

Our Accessibility Department is hard at work to ensure not only is Anthro SoCal fully ADA compliant, but also ensuring accessibility practices are thought of as much as possible in its planning.

If you have any questions about accessibility needs, please reach out to us beforehand via email to accessibility@anthrosocal.orgor visit our Accessibility Desk by Registration during the convention and we’ll be happy to help any way we can!

Assistance with Lines

If you find it challenging to stand in line, please approach any nearby volunteer for assistance.

Reserved Seating

We will have special seats for attendees requiring accessibility accommodations at select events.

Hotel Accommodations

For specific room requests, floor preferences, or the need for a refrigerator to store medication, please contact your hotel directly.

Accessibility Desk

Our Accessibility Desk will be located by Registration and will have free earplugs, stickers, ribbons, face masks, hand sanitizer, communication aids, and large print maps available.

Registration and Entry Assistance

If you require registration assistance or an accessible entry, please follow signage to the “Accessible Entry Lane” or ask a volunteer for assistance.

Personal Animals

Exceptions are made for working service animals recognized by the ADA. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.
