Whether you‘re running a game show, or ranking the hottest memes, the ASC Panels Team wants to give you a time and place to interact with attendees at this year‘s event. Spaces are limited, and we can‘t accommodate everyone, so please include as much information as you can with your application!
Panels rooms are all equipped with microphones, speakers and either a projector or TV for displaying visuals. We can arrange rooms in several layouts to better accommodate your presentation, including a theatre layout, or round tables for a workshop.
Panels with adult topics are usually scheduled after 8 PM on Friday and Saturday.
While we welcome all ideas, there‘s a few subjects we can not accommodate for a panel.
- Exchanging money for goods and services without a tax license
- Money can be collected to go towards the cost of materials
- Promotion for commercial products not associated with furry fandom
- Live animals or pets appearing at the venue
- Gaming Tournaments (reach out to the gaming department)
