- If accepted into Artist Alley or Dealers Den, you agree to all the terms and conditions for participation in the event, which can be found in Attendee Policies.
- No Racist, Sexist, Homophobic, Transphobic, or otherwise hateful material permitted.
- Offering sales/services of illegal nature in California prohibited
- Adult material outside of age restricted areas must be censored and kept away from minor’s eyes. All genitalia and explicit material must be censored/covered while being displayed. If complaints are made or censorship is not adequate you may be asked to modify.
- No AI Generated images/work or Third Party items. Traced, stolen, plagiarized, and unauthorized use of copyrighted work is strictly prohibited.
- No canopies will be allowed as part of setups in the Dealers Den for 2026
- Access to telegram is highly recommended for communication with staff before and during the convention.
- Your display must not impede on other artist’s space or comfort. Loud music, flashing lights or other sensory intense displays must remain within a reasonable level. If complaints are made you may be asked to modify. Displays including clothing racks must not infringe upon walkways.
- Please do not encroach on your neighbor’s space behind the tables as well. This includes but is not limited to any tubs, suitcases, inventory, personal items, etc.
- Artists are not permitted to affix items to walls/drape. You must use your own displays.
- Do not tape any signage to the floor.
- You may not bring any of the following items into the convention center: Firearms, alcohol, weapons, flammable or incendiary items (other than candles and incense), any food/drink items, or anything illegal or prohibited in the state of
- California or the city of Ontario California. Any drug paraphernalia including any items containing actual cannabis/CBD are prohibited.
- No balloons or floating/flying objects are permitted within the building. There are fire detection beam sensors in the ceiling that will activate if interrupted by an object.
- Candles, incense, or any other flammable goods and smoke-emitting devices may not be lit/activated for any reason; no exceptions.
- Vendors are responsible, within reason, for any damage to Venue/ASC property and/or equipment loaned to them due to inappropriate use. Venue/ASC property and equipment may not be modified in any way, including but not limited to: holes, chips, markings, paint, glue, or damage due to rough or inappropriate behavior. ASC and the Ontario Convention Center are not liable for any personal injury or damage to equipment or property caused by the inappropriate use of Venue/ASC equipment, such as falling while standing on a chair or table. Please use the provided equipment responsibly.
- Dealers Den booths include one 8ft table but additional tables may be requested Additional tables are not guaranteed if requested at convention. Dealers are also welcome to bring their own tables.
- Dealers Den booths may configure their setups in any manner that fits in their allotted space(s) and adheres to other venue, safety, or convention guidelines.
- Artist Alley will be allowed a maximum of one (1) full size table. No artist will receive more than one table space, and no displays that extend across more than one table space are allowed.
- Artist Alley tables may not be moved, pushed out, pushed back, or otherwise rearranged.
- Changes to layout may be made right up to the day of the convention during setup.
- Artist Alley can request additional chairs in advance, subject to availability.
- Treat Convention loaned tables, chairs, equipment with respect. Vendors will be held accountable for damages to loaned items that occur during the event.
- The Artist Alley and Dealers Den are a professional place of commerce. You are expected to treat fellow vendors and their equipment with respect.
- You are required to follow California Sales tax law.
