One of the biggest pieces of attendee feedback we received after Anthro SoCal 2025 was the desire for more late-night social spaces and a better after-hours atmosphere connected to the convention experience.

Last year, our convention activities were primarily centered at the Ontario Convention Center, with attendee room blocks spread across several nearby hotels. While the Thursday night pool gathering at the DoubleTree was a highlight for many, the layout of the hotel and its shared public spaces ultimately limited our ability to support the lively social environment you were looking for.

To bring you a better experience for Anthro SoCal 2026, we are excited to announce a new partnership with the Delta Hotel! This move significantly expands our convention footprint and allows us to create a dedicated, attendee-focused evening experience.

Delta Hotel Expansion & Pool Events

This year, Anthro SoCal will be utilizing dedicated event spaces at the Delta Hotel in addition to our main programming at the Ontario Convention Center. This means the Delta will serve as one of our primary social hubs for the entire convention weekend.

Get ready for official evening pool and courtyard events at the Delta on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. We also have an exciting lineup of late-night programming in the works, so keep an eye on our event schedule as the convention approaches!

By expanding into the Delta and working closely with their management team, our goal is to provide a much more connected, comfortable hangout space for everyone looking to socialize long after the convention center doors close.

Choosing Your Hotel

While we will continue to offer room blocks across multiple partner hotels, attendees looking to be at the center of the late-night social scene should strongly consider booking their stay at the Delta. If you are looking for late-night fun and want to socialize well into the evening, this is going to be the place to be.

No matter which hotel you choose, we kindly ask all attendees to remain respectful of staff, fellow guests, and hotel policies throughout the weekend. Let’s work together to leave a great impression!

Future Party Floor Information

We have some exciting news for the future: we are currently exploring the potential for a dedicated party floor at the Delta for 2026!

While we finalize the details, requirements, and the application process, please secure your hotel room for your own lodging needs normally as soon as blocks open. More information and applications will be released after hotel bookings are live, so please hold off on making specific party floor plans until those updates are officially announced.

Hotel Booking Timeline

Hotel blocks for Anthro SoCal are expected to sell out very quickly, and some locations may sell out within hours of opening. To help you plan ahead, hotel booking access will open in phases based on your registration membership level.

Please note that all reservations are first-come, first-served within each access window. Priority access does not guarantee room availability at any specific hotel or for specific dates. Additionally, during the priority booking periods, each registered attendee is limited to booking one room. If you wish to reserve additional rooms, you will be able to do so once general booking opens, subject to remaining availability.

To ensure a smooth booking process, new Sponsor and Super Sponsor registrations and upgrades will be temporarily disabled during the priority booking window. If you wish to register at these levels for early hotel access, please ensure your registration or upgrade is completed before Sunday, May 24th, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time. New Sponsor and Super Sponsor registrations and upgrades will resume on Sunday, May 31, at 12:00 PM (Noon) Pacific Time.
